''Lectoraat Beweiding'' presents:
Grazing for carbon
Joel Salatin calls himself a Christian libertarian environmentalist capitalist lunatic farmer. He’s as comfortable moving cows in a pasture as addressing CEOs in a Wall Street business conference. TIMES Magazine called him the most innovative farmer in the world. What else do we need to say?
On the 26th of September this American farmer and writer will be in Dronten at Aeres University of Applied Sciences sharing his experiences with students, teachers and other interested people. Over the years, Salatin has developed an integral grazing system that goes far beyond what is generally seen as agriculturally possible. Carbon plays a crucial role in the system. For those who do not know Saladin’s approach, the productivity and efficiency of the system are even hard to contain. His practical, can-do solutions offer everyone food for thought and plans for action.
The entrance is free, but places are limited, so don’t miss this opportunity and register here.
